One address reaches support for this site. It is read by a person, not answered by a bot, and you do not need an account to write in.
Thundr TV support email
[email protected]Write in English if you can — it will be handled faster. Anything else still gets read.
Most issues get solved in one reply or three, and the difference is almost always how much was in the first message. Useful things to put in:
Account access and restrictions
You cannot get in, or an action was taken on your account and you think it was wrong. Say what you were doing when it happened — that is usually enough to find the record.
Safety reports
Something in a call needs a human to look at it. Report from the profile during the call if you still can; if the call has ended, write in with roughly when it happened.
Payments and coins
A charge you do not recognise, coins that did not arrive, or a refund question. Include the date and the amount, not your full card number.
Camera, audio and connection
Matching does not start, the camera stays black, or calls drop. Tell us the device and browser — that narrows it down faster than anything else.
Privacy requests
Questions about what is held about you, or a request to remove it. Handled under the Privacy Policy.
If something goes wrong while you are still in a call, the fastest route is not email. Open the other person's profile and use report or block — that attaches the context automatically and goes straight to the moderation queue.
Tapping next also ends the pairing immediately, and you will not be reconnected to the same person. Email is the right channel afterwards, or when the call has already ended and there is nothing left to report from.
Thundr TV support will never ask you for your password, a verification or one-time code, or your full payment card details — not by email, not in a call, not in any chat. Any message that does is not from us, no matter what address it appears to come from or how official it looks.
There is also only one support channel: the address above. We do not run support through social media accounts, and nobody from Thundr TV will contact you first asking you to move a conversation to another app.
The Help Center covers the questions that come up most — starting a match, camera permission, coins, and what the restrictions mean. If your question is there, you will get an answer immediately instead of waiting for a reply.
The rules an account is held to are in the Community Guidelines, the contractual terms are in the Terms of Service, and data handling is in the Privacy Policy.
