Thundr TV Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Thundr TV. They cover the website and mobile web experience, the public pages, the matching and call features, messaging, payments, and everything else the service offers.

Effective January 1, 2026Last updated April 2, 2026

Anything you make publicly visible may be seen by other users and, if it is reachable, may be picked up by search engines. Removing it here does not immediately remove it from caches or third-party copies.

01The agreement

This service is operated by Thundr TV at thundrtv.video. Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Thundr TV.

Using Thundr TV means you have read these terms, understood them, and accepted them — along with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules that apply to a particular feature. Together those documents are the whole agreement.

If you do not accept them, stop using the platform. If we revise them and you keep using the service afterwards, that continued use is your acceptance of the revised version.

02Who may use it

Thundr TV is for adults. You must be at least 18, or older if the law where you live sets a higher minimum, and you must be legally permitted to use a service like this one under the laws that apply to you.

Anything you enter — at registration, at login, during verification, when buying something, or on a profile — must be accurate and kept current. Your credentials are yours to protect, and activity carried out through your account is treated as yours.

  • Do not register with false, misleading or stolen information.
  • Do not sell, rent, transfer or share an account without authorisation.
  • Do not work around security checks, rate limits or access controls.
  • Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you think your credentials have been lost or your account accessed by someone else.

03What the service is

Thundr TV is a social interaction platform. What it offers changes over time, and depending on how the product is configured it can include:

  • Random matching and calls — video matching, voice calls and video calls where supported.
  • Messaging and notices — direct communication tools and service notifications about your account.
  • Publishing — creating, uploading and sharing public-facing content where that feature is available.
  • Coins, VIP and gifts — premium benefits, virtual items and other digital services.
  • Safety and account tools — report, block, settings and support.

We may add, change, restrict, suspend or withdraw any feature at any time for legal, security, operational, product or commercial reasons. No feature is promised to stay available permanently or without interruption.

04Your content and what is visible

Some parts of the service are public-facing by design. Depending on the product configuration and on what you choose to do, things like a display name, avatar, profile, uploaded media or comments can be visible to other users or to anyone.

You are responsible for what you publish, upload, display or comment on. Only share what you have the right to share, and only what you are comfortable being public where the feature makes it public.

  • Public content can be viewed, shared, cached or indexed.
  • Deleting it here does not guarantee it disappears immediately from search results, caches or copies held elsewhere.
  • You remain responsible for making sure your content breaks no law, no third-party right and no platform rule.

05Conduct that ends access

Use the platform lawfully and treat other people as people. You may not use Thundr TV to harass, exploit, deceive or harm anyone, and you may not interfere with how the service runs. The behavioural detail is in the Community Guidelines; the following are the contractual prohibitions:

  • No unlawful, infringing, fraudulent or deliberately misleading content.
  • No sexualised content involving minors, no exploitative material, no violent threats, no hate speech, and nothing else that breaches applicable safety standards.
  • No impersonating another person, misrepresenting who you are, or misleading people about your connection to any individual or brand.
  • No bots, scripts, automation, scraping, reverse engineering, or other technical abuse of the service.
  • No scams, off-platform payment schemes, spam campaigns or other abusive commercial activity.

Feature-specific rules may add to these. Breaking any of them can result in content removal or restrictions on the account.

06Messaging, matching and calls

The service may include direct messaging, notices, random matching, video matching, voice calls and video calls. These exist to let people interact, and the same standard applies to all of them: act lawfully and respectfully.

You may not use them to stalk, threaten, extort, harass or scam anyone, to solicit unlawful activity, to distribute malicious links, or to pressure someone into conduct that is unsafe or prohibited.

  • Match outcomes, response rates, social results and call quality are not guaranteed.
  • Decisions you make while interacting with another user are yours — including whether to keep talking and what to disclose.
  • If you meet abuse, suspicious behaviour or anything unsafe, use the block, report and safety tools.

07Coins, VIP and payments

The service may offer coins, VIP membership, virtual gifts, premium features and paid content. Prices, descriptions, eligibility and usage rules appear on the relevant purchase, payment or account screens before you commit.

Payments may be handled by third-party providers. We do not necessarily store full payment card details, and the provider's own terms and privacy practices may govern how your payment credentials are handled.

  • Virtual items and digital benefits carry no cash value unless the law says otherwise.
  • Completed purchases of digital goods, and services already consumed, are generally non-refundable except where the law requires it or a product-specific rule says so.
  • Fraudulent transactions, chargebacks, payment abuse or suspected unauthorised use can lead to cancelled orders, feature limits, account review or suspension.
  • Access to anything purchased can depend on account status, availability, technical compatibility and operational rules.

08Third parties

The platform may connect to or link out to third-party services for login, payments, analytics, hosting, content delivery, support tooling and ordinary web navigation. Some links open outside the app entirely.

Those services run on their own terms and their own privacy practices. Your relationship with them is yours, not ours, except where the law provides otherwise.

  • We do not guarantee that a third-party service will be available or secure.
  • We are not responsible for content, policies or actions on services we do not operate.
  • Read the terms and privacy notices of any third party you decide to use.

09Intellectual property

The platform itself — software, interface, branding, architecture and the service content around it — belongs to Thundr TV or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property and unfair competition law.

Content you lawfully create and upload stays yours. By uploading it you grant us the permissions reasonably needed to host, display, process, moderate, distribute, store and otherwise operate it inside the platform and related services.

  • Only upload what you have the right to use and publish.
  • Do not copy, redistribute, scrape, reverse engineer or otherwise exploit protected platform assets without permission.
  • If your content infringes someone else's rights, the resulting claims, losses or enforcement may fall to you.

10Enforcement

We may investigate suspected breaches of these terms, of the safety and payment rules, of community standards, or of the law — and where reasonably necessary act to protect the platform, its users, our partners or the public. That action can include:

  • Removing, restricting or disabling access to content.
  • Issuing warnings, or limiting posting, messaging, matching or purchases.
  • Suspending, reviewing, freezing or terminating an account.
  • Cancelling transactions, withholding benefits, or reversing platform-side grants where the law and the applicable rules allow.
  • Preserving relevant records and cooperating with legitimate legal or regulatory requests.

After an account is closed or access ends, some data is removed or anonymised within a reasonable period. Certain records may be kept where that is necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling or enforcement.

11Privacy

How personal information is collected, used, stored, shared and protected is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms an important part of this agreement.

For anything specifically about data rights, retention, cookies, data sharing, third-party processing or children's privacy, the Privacy Policy is the document that governs. Nothing here limits rights you may have under privacy or consumer protection law.

12Disclaimers and liability

We work to keep Thundr TV available, secure and useful, but to the fullest extent the law allows the platform is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, permanent availability of any feature, or any particular social, commercial or personal result from using it.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses arising out of third-party services, content created by users, interactions between users, unauthorised access caused by your own failure to protect your credentials, or events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where excluding or limiting it is prohibited by the law that applies to you.

13Changes and contact

These terms may be updated as the service, the product design, legal requirements or risk controls change. For material updates we revise the "Last updated" date above and give notice through the platform or another appropriate channel.

Continuing to use Thundr TV after an updated version takes effect means you accept it. Questions about these terms go to [email protected].
